Order Information - Collection and Use
We request information from the user on our order form hosted by Netsuite. While placing an order, a user provides contact information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

Sending Emails
We use emails to communicate with you, to confirm your placed orders, and to send information that you have requested. We also provide email links to allow you to contact us directly. We strive to promptly reply to your messages. The information you send to us may be stored and used to improve this site and our products, or it may be reviewed and discarded. However, your information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit permission. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address. User and customer who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. If you want to be removed from our list to be contacted, please provide us with your name and phone number and we will be sure your name is removed from the list. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. Refer-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the site. We store this information but the emails are for the sole purpose of sending an email and tracking the success of our referral program.
